WHO IS IT FOR – ABOUT ME – FEES – STUDIO AND CONTACT

Summary
I guide people from thinking into feeling, helping them reconnect with their inner resources and unlock their creative potential beyond performance pressure – through a relational, mindful, and body-based approach.
Who is this for?
This work is for people who feel drawn to meeting themselves beyond words. It can help when thoughts keep circling, emotions feel out of reach, or the connection to the body feels lost.
It supports those going through challenging times, inner unrest, or exhaustion, as well as those longing for more grounding and stability. In moments of transition or after difficult experiences, it offers a safe space to gently reconnect with perception, expression, and inner movement.
This approach especially speaks to those curious about an embodied and creative path. You don’t need any previous experience or artistic ability. It’s not about creating something beautiful, but about meeting yourself through the act of creating.
If you often find yourself stuck in your head, this can be an invitation to return to feeling. If words are hard to find, creative and bodily expression can open another way of communicating. And if you long for slowness, connection, and a space free of judgment, this work may feel like a place to land.
AREAS OF FOCUS AND EXPERIENCE
Body Image & Grounding
My work explores how the relationship to one’s body can shift and deepen through a combination of body-based practice and art therapy. Creative processes and somatic awareness together open a space for perception, stability, and inner grounding to emerge.
I have accompanied refugees and people experiencing homelessness in an art therapeutic setting with VinziRast. Many of these individuals carry complex and often traumatic experiences. In this work, I focus on creating a mindful, relational space that supports safety, dignity, and forms of expression that do not rely on words.
Working with clay and sculptural materials offers a direct and tangible way of engaging with oneself. In groups with former rehabilitation clients at pro mente Wien, I have seen how the material itself can provide support, invite movement, and enable nonverbal expression. Touch and sensory experience are at the heart of this process.
I am currently doing an internship at Haus der Künstler in Maria Gugging, where I continue to explore artistic expression within psychiatric contexts, deepening my understanding of art as a way of making meaning, creating structure, and engaging with existence.
I have learned from teachers such as Wolfgang Schobel, Martina Ertl, Johann Feilacher, Maria Karoline Haas, Birgit Hartleib, Andrea Gallistl, Roland Urban, Adele Erle and others in the fields of body psychotherapy, art therapy, and Core Shamanism.
And in many ways, also from the people I have met throughout my life.

h e r r m a u s e r is dedicated to promoting avant-garde and experimental art forms, with a focus on film and video art.

In the creative process, the unconscious is allowed to take shape and become quietly audible and visible. Art becomes a safe space in which change is not forced, but discovered and accompanied.

Another focal point of the artist collective h e r r m a u s e r is interdisciplinary work in the fields of painting, sculpture, and installation.

Since 2024, h e r r m a u s e r has been regularly hosting workshops that combine avant-garde art disciplines with creative approaches to self-exploration. The aim of the workshop series is not only to introduce participants to new techniques and artistic methods, but also to give them the opportunity to engage with themselves and their creative potential on a deeper, more personal level.
